Delivery Methods and Options
We offer the following delivery methods and options for your convenience:
Standard Shipping:This is the default and most economical option for domestic orders. Standard Shipping is free of cost you don't have to pay for it, The Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping:This is the fastest and most reliable option for domestic orders. Express Shipping is chargable, and the delivery time is 2-3 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping:This is the only option for orders outside India. The delivery cost is calculated based on the weight and destination of the order, and the delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. You can choose your preferred delivery option at the checkout page before placing your order.
Delivery Areas and Locations
Remote Areas:These are areas that are far from the nearest delivery hub or have limited accessibility. Delivery to these areas may incur additional charges or take longer than the estimated delivery time. You will be notified of any such charges or delays before your order is dispatched.
Customs Clearance:These are the procedures and formalities that are required to import or export goods across international borders. Delivery to these countries may require additional fees or taxes, or may be subject to inspection or confiscation by the customs authorities. You will be responsible for any such fees or taxes, and for complying with the customs regulations of your destination country.
Please ensure that you provide a valid and complete delivery address, including the pin code, landmark, and contact number, to avoid any delays or errors in delivery. If you have any doubts or queries about the delivery areas and locations, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Processing and Dispatch Time
Processing time depends upon the order quantity, generally, for small quantities(5-100pcs) we take 2-7 working days for production and 2-4 days for shipping. You will receive an email confirmation with the order details and the tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can also check the status of your order and the shipment details online by logging into your account or by visiting the tracking page of our delivery partner.
Delivery Guarantees and Warrantie
We guarantee that your order will be delivered in good condition and as per your specifications. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or if your order is lost or delayed in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving or expecting your order. We will arrange for a refund or replacement, as per your preference and our return and refund policy
